We highly recommend Skyline catering they helped make our day very special. We chose to have a barbecue for our wedding the food was lovely, our guests commented on how nice it was. The chocolate fountain with an excellent choice of fruit and dipping foods was awesome and very popular with everybody. Presentation was very professional but the staff just topped it off by been reassuring helpful and lovely friendly people. Thank you!

An absolutely amazing company: Diane and Wayne expertly produce and coordinate a service that exceeds any expectations. It is clear to see by the standard they are definitely award winners!. I am a feeder. It is something that everyone knows about me!. When we decided to start planning Wedfest, it was an integral part of the day. When we were introduced to Skyline we knew they were the ones. From start to finish, nothing was too much. From sourcing the perfect serving boards to creating a full coeliac alternative menu to allow a couple of kiddies to feel fully integrated; they had one of the best days. The food and menu provided was unbelievable. Comments from guests have included, ‘ most amazing food’, ‘ how did they produce that quality for so many people? ‘I wanted to keep on eating but was so full’. As a feeder,, you can imagine the joy this gave me. The evening food continued to deliver. Opening the fish and chip van for longer to ensure everyone was served and (some) of the alcohol was soaked up! Again comments of best fish and chips ever! The bar staff and catering staff were perfect. Battling a catering tent that was enduring 50mph winds, everything was calm and perfect. Skyline. Purely perfect. A significant part of Luke and Shell’s Wedfest. The best wedding day we could have ever had.

Skyline Catering LTD supplied a vintage afternoon tea and the bar for our festival themed wedding. They did an incredible job, I would highly recommend them for any event or wedding! The afternoon tea was fabulous; all of the vintage plates, tea and coffee pots, cake stands, and cups were absolutely perfect! It was also delicious! We had lots of compliments about the food, everybody loved it. The bar was also awesome – they set up a rustic style wooden bar next to our dance floor, which fit perfectly with our vintage style theme and decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful, they served drinks on arrival, wine at the table, and then manned the bar in the evening. And during the planning process we were massively reassured by Diane – who met up with us and talked through everything thoroughly to make sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it on the day. They even catered for specific vegan afternoon teas for a couple of our guests! All of the people we dealt with were super friendly and helpful – we would like to say a massive thank you!

Thank you Diane and the team for the catering and bar at our wedding on 5th October 2019. The food was amazing, there was so much choice on the Combination menu and our guests were blown away by the crepes being cooked in front of them. You made the day run like clockwork but with a relaxed feeling and the team went above and beyond our expectations – even assembling the cake for us when we ran out of time in the morning! Right from the initial inquiry through to the big day, nothing felt like it was too much trouble and you couldn’t have been more helpful – responding promptly to all of my many questions and advising us based on your experience (lots of great suggestions to accommodate those with dietary requirements and for the children) and even accompanying me to buy the alcohol! At Alcott Weddings & Events we use Skyline Catering & Bar regularly and have recently used them for our own party. They are the most professional company and all their staff are incredible; such warm and friendly people that go above and beyond to make everyone’s day perfect! The food is exquisite and the fish and chips are the best I have ever tasted and the old Bedford they serve from is a stunner!! The bar is fab with pints on draft and they accommodate whatever drinks you would like. I could not recommend them enough!

Skyline Catering provided a delicious BBQ with plenty of choice catering for everyone’s dietary needs including the gluten free + vegan guests at the party, the chicken kebabs & hunters chicken burgers were a particular favourite. The staff, Hayley & Wayne, were great on the day, very friendly & engaging with all the guests & Diane is a pleasure to deal with making the booking process completely stress free, nothing is too much trouble for her.
